Thrice is not breaking up. If nothing has broken us up by now, I doubt anything ever could.

Who knew?

I’ve had a crazy idea in re-engineering our local favourite street food in Malaysia. Today, I had an idea for a re-vamped Pan Mee, Dry and Soup.
Description:
Homemade Egg Tagliatelle Served with Braised Pork Shoulder Ragù in Veal and Dark Soy Jus Anchovy Creme Fried Golden Shallots
Pork Trotter Consomme with watercress leaves
Insane right? Blasphemous indeed.

60g Unsalted Butter / 150g Caster Sugar / 1 Orange (Juiced) / Puff Pastry / 4 Bananas / Cinnamon / Chocolate
HEAT oven to 180C
PLACE oven proof frying pan on low heat
MELT butter slowly
PEEL and halve bananas
ROLL pastry out
ADD sugar and stir continuously
POUR in orange…

Been busy trying to adjust back to University life. Things are alright. The house is wicked (except the kitchen) but all in all, God is good.
