Text 29 Dec Penang: Awesomeness in this Prace… (Place)

Greetings….

Had an excellent time in Penang actually. To be honest with you, I actually was blogging in Penang yesterday night in Old Town Kopitiam, which was very close to my place. Today it was nothing short but Fantastic. Although dissapointments came early but some of the local food we venture to have was good…. Myself and Christon, very good friend of mine, woke up around 9.00 to venture for some local fare that we all dearly miss. Had an amazing Fried Kuey Teow noodles or Char Kuey Teow as the locals call it. To my understanding, there’s a few factors that make a simple dish taste so good. First, the noodles had to be really being fried or blistered by the fire; second, a good decent amount of oil or sometimes lard, accompanied by the powerful heat distributed by the stove gives a whole dimension of flavour to it. Ingredients had to be fresh too… especially the seafood! Well, we were venturing out to find some nice places to find food but unfortunately we couldn’t find the famous (could be open for night vending?) Oyster Omellete…. However, we did find a number of good for this time around. Pictures out soon… They’ll be more tonight…. Cheers!
