I’ve had an amazing idea to what I attempt to achieve this coming winter in terms of cooking some amazing dishes; minus the over complicated methods… As of now my mind has been wandering these things

Entree: Roast Potatoes in Poach ‘n’ Roast Garlic Glaze with Endives, Rocket, and Caramelized Onion Dressing 

Mains: Spicy Veal Osso Bucco with Lime, Parsley, Garlic, Chili and Coriander Gremolata served with Crusty Rolls….

Dessert: Apples and Oats! Caramelized Apples with Vanilla Glaze, serve with Crumbs of Crumbled Oats and a Cornel of Vanilla Ice Cream…

Now that’s what i call a Winter Killer: Winter Meal for a Winner, not a whiner…
